Tyler Lapointe, Austin Maxwell, Nik Schlosser, Anissa Williston and Tate Childers were all participants on this week's show making it the most guests we've ever had on a single episode! This creates a number of technical challenges and lessons learned (which is a really good thing!), but we promise that there is a ton to glean from this conversation if you'll power through it! Just some of the topics discussed include the skillset required for surveyors today...and in the future, stereotypes, the importance of image/perception, roles of younger surveyors, making yourself marketable, changing the culture, and how more engineers are becoming surveyors!
